How do you design the perfect event for those who design perfect experiences? This was our challenge for CX Circle 2024 by Contentsquare.
It all started with selecting the venue - a dynamic ecosystem where over 400 Customer Experience experts could personally experience what they discuss daily: flawless user experience.
For CX Circle, we chose Garage 21: an industrial-chic space in the heart of Milan that proved to be the perfect canvas for our project. Its natural versatility allowed us to orchestrate an ever-evolving experience, transforming spaces in rhythm with the day.
We coordinated every aspect of the event: from the setup to the lighting design that seamlessly transitioned between educational and social moments, to managing various vendors - technical teams, catering, and audiovisual services - who all contributed to creating a fluid and engaging experience.
From the afternoon welcome coffee that greeted 400 professionals, to the plenary session featuring exceptional speakers from Pirelli, Kering, Decathlon, and Prima Assicurazioni, through to the networking aperitif: each moment was designed to create a harmonious flow, concluding with a DJ set that left participants energized and ready for new collaborations.
An event that successfully combined high-level content and quality networking in an immersive and engaging experience. Participants enjoyed a day where each moment flowed naturally into the next, creating those authentic connections that are the true goal of any business event.
